From the Start...
First of all, Congratulations! You're engaged, that is so exciting. Whether you're looking for a planner or coordination only, your next step is to fill out my contact form. Fill out as much as you're able, and I will respond to you via your preferred contact method within 3 days. From there, we will set up a time to meet to discuss your needs and get to know one another a bit better. If we decide we're a good fit, I will have some forms for you to fill out to either begin the planning process or get the details of what you've planned.

If You're Looking for a Planner...
One thing I will continue to remind you throughout the planning process is that it is your wedding day; no one else's opinions of the day matter as much as your own. Just like the day of should be a reflection of you, so should the planning process. Whether you're looking for just a little advice, need someone to handle every detail, or something in between, how the planning process goes will be dependent on your preferences.
If possible, I believe it's best to hit the ground running. The more we are able to take care of early, the less there is to stress about in the weeks before the day of. We will begin with planning out your budget and booking vendors. From there we will work on design and hammering out a realistic schedule for the day. The timeline for the planning process will depend on when you first contact me and your own schedule and preferences.
On the Day Of...
While you are getting ready, I will assist with set up for the day and make sure that your vision comes to life. I will be the first point of contact for the vendors and anyone else that may have questions about the day. My main task, besides making sure that you and your partner are enjoying yourselves, will be to make sure that we stay on schedule as much as possible. While sometimes things pop up, I will make sure that disruptions to the schedule and the environment are minimal. The number one priority that I will have on the day of is making sure the day is unforgettable for both of you. At the end of the day, I will also assist with cleaning everything up and making sure that all of your decor and any rentals end up where they should.
